QA EXPERIENCE
Worked for Citi for physical & automated testing on their Next-Gen project for their ATMs in various Global Markets from Florence, Kentucky

Led a rotating team of 12 for QA Integration Testing using HP ALM, Zephyr, Splunk and Postman.
Spearheaded the implementation and communication of novel features with new Global Markets in APAC, EMEA, & LATAM regions.
Reduced testing environment instability through optimizations of pre-existing in-house applications for ~ 50% time cost during software and hardware installations.
Developed processes for transitioning manual QA work to be conducted remotely with in-house application to monitor ATMs during unstable environment deployments.
DEVÂ EXPERIENCE
Worked for Siemens PLM to help provide enhancements to their product lifecycle management and manufacturing operations management software in Milford, Ohio.
